Paramount Skydance secures $24 billion for Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition

Paramount Skydance secured $24 billion from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi to support its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund contributed about $10 billion, while the remaining funds came from Qatar and Abu Dhabi. The deal, valued at $111 billion, awaits regulatory approvals and is expected to close by late 2026.
