CBS will lease its 11:35 p.m. slot to Byron Allen after Stephen Colbert's final episode of “The Late Show” on May 21. Allen will air back-to-back episodes of “Comics Unleashed” and retain the 12:37 a.m. slot with “Funny You Should Ask.” CBS will profit from the arrangement despite expected declines in ratings.
