Pilot flicks switch on data centre at WA oil and gas site
Pilot Energy has commissioned the first module of its Dongara data centre at the Cliff Head oil and gas plant in Western Australia on schedule and within budget. The initial 0.4MW of computing capacity is now operational, powered by existing gas-fired generators, with plans to expand to 4MW by mid-2026.
