WA’s cyclone-affected wildlife to be given helping hand

A mobile wildlife hospital arrived in Exmouth, Western Australia, on Monday to help native animals affected by Tropical Cyclone Narelle. The cyclone, which struck in late March, destroyed habitats and displaced wildlife, including turtles and seabirds. Wildlife Recovery Australia’s CEO called for government action as climate change increases the frequency of such disasters.
