Gaza's humanitarian crisis worsens as ceasefire holds amid dire conditions

Mohammed Alastal, a doctor in Gaza, described the ongoing humanitarian crisis amid a fragile ceasefire that continues since April 10. An estimated 713 Gazans have died since then, while 80% of homes in Khan Younis are in ruins. With severe water contamination and a rising rodent issue, life for residents remains dire and uncertain.
