Manhunt after child rapist escapes custody at Sydney hospital

Michael Angok, a convicted child rapist, escaped from custody while receiving treatment at a Sydney hospital on Wednesday. Police have launched a manhunt involving PolAir and police dogs after he fled at 9.30am. Angok was sentenced for the gang rape of a 14-year-old girl in 2014 and remains at large.
