A primary school-aged girl is in critical condition after being pulled from the water on the Gold Coast on Friday afternoon. Paramedics responded to the near-drowning incident at Marine Parade at 5.22pm, with the girl treated on-site before being transported to Gold Coast University Hospital. An adult woman is stable following a separate incident.
