The plan to revive Sydney’s most divisive office block

Wentworth Group is reviving Sydney's MLC Building for office workers after purchasing it for over $100 million in February. The building, vacant since 2022, will be refurbished into “A-grade” commercial space, with upgrades expected to be completed by next year. North Sydney Mayor Zoe Baker welcomed the return of office use, contributing to the area's CBD revival.
