Blake Lively’s Sex Harassment Suit Against Co-Star Justin Baldoni Gutted by Judge

A judge dismissed most of Blake Lively’s sexual harassment lawsuit against Justin Baldoni on Thursday, eliminating 10 of 13 claims. The judge allowed three claims, including breach of contract and retaliation, to proceed to trial in May. The lawsuit stems from allegations made during the promotion of their film "It Ends With Us," which grossed $350 million worldwide.
