UK defence firm Ultra Electronics to pay £15m after SFO bribery investigation
UK defence firm Ultra Electronics agreed to pay £15m after the Serious Fraud Office investigation found it failed to prevent bribery on public sector contracts in Algeria and Oman. The deferred prosecution, approved Friday, includes a £10m penalty and £4.8m for investigation costs. Ultra must submit yearly compliance reports for three years.
