Widow of supermarket tycoon sells Sydney home for about $10.3 million

Angela Fleming, widow of supermarket tycoon Jim Fleming, sold her Bellevue Hill home for approximately $10.3 million to an undisclosed buyer on March 24. She purchased the four-bedroom property for $6.5 million in 2015 and made updates. Bellevue Hill is Australia's most expensive suburb, boasting a median house price of $9.45 million.
