Rapper Lil Tjay was released from jail on Tuesday after being arrested for misdemeanor disorderly conduct-affray. Tjay, shortly after his release, called Offset a 'rat' while denying involvement in Offset's shooting in Florida. Offset, who was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, was shot near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino during the incident.
