Council warns charity over bins provided to homeless people
The City of Moreton Bay warned charity Nourish Street on Wednesday that skip bins placed near a homeless camp at Redcliffe Tennis Centre violate local by-laws. The Alteration of Public Land Local Law carries a maximum penalty of $8,345.
