Teenager charged over Ipswich crash that killed 16yo passenger

A 17-year-old boy was charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death after a crash in Goodna, Queensland, on March 11. The incident killed his 16-year-old passenger, who died later in the hospital. The driver is set to appear in Ipswich Children's Court on April 13.
