A motorcyclist died following a crash on the Monaro Highway, south of Cooma, on Friday afternoon. The rider, believed to be in his 40s, was part of a group when he collided at 1:20pm. The highway remains closed in both directions, causing detours that may add five hours to travel times during the Easter long weekend.
