Eight arrested after police car stolen from side of highway

Eight individuals, including a 19-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman, were arrested after a police car was stolen from the Bruce Highway in north Queensland on Monday. The vehicle was unoccupied when it was driven away around 11am and later found abandoned in Aitkenvale. Four other stolen cars were linked to the same group.
