Truck driver charged with drug-driving after crash kills three-year-old girl

A truck driver was charged with drug-driving following a crash that killed three-year-old Ineza King on January 8 in Banya, Queensland. Her mother and one-year-old sister were also injured after their vehicle was struck by the truck, which rear-ended four cars. The driver is scheduled to appear in Caloundra Magistrates Court on April 23.
