Women on mission to preserve history of town's soldier settlers
Marie Carman and Lorelei King, descendants of World War I soldier settlers, are working to document the names and stories of 140 soldiers who settled in El Arish after the war. So far, they have uncovered 60 photographs as part of their effort to preserve local history at the El Arish Diggers Museum.
