‘Spectacular position’: Local family pays $8.95m on northern beaches
A local family purchased a four-bedroom oceanfront home in Avalon for $8.95 million at auction on Saturday. The architect-designed property, which had initially been guided at $8 million, attracted four local families and sold for $450,000 above its reserve price. Selling agent Lachlan Elder described it as a beautiful house in a spectacular position.
