Single mother Alana Wallace faces financial crisis after hit-and-run wrecks car

The uninsured hatchback was flipped upside down, forcing her to siphon fuel from it to maintain her other vehicle amid soaring prices. Police fined the 36-year-old driver responsible, adding to Wallace's financial struggles.
