Outback tourist pub had two visitors this Easter amid fuel price pinch

Only two tourists visited the Pink Roadhouse in Oodnadatta, South Australia during the Easter weekend, a drastic drop from the usual 50-100 daily visitors. Owner Joe Calvert noted the fuel crisis is impacting tourism and has led to staff cutbacks. Welfare agencies also report challenges in service delivery as high fuel prices affect operations.
