Comcast appointed Vicki Williams as the chief human resources officer on Tuesday, overseeing HR for NBCUniversal and the cable business. She previously led HR at NBCU for eight years and joined Comcast in 2011. Bill Strahan, current HR executive VP, will retire in 2026, making way for Melanie Penna to succeed.
