Brian Littrell was cleared of using a homophobic slur against beachgoer Kyle Gallagher during a confrontation at his beachfront property, as new video shows. Littrell's attorney stated that no such language was used and described the incident as a miscommunication. Prosecutors declined to pursue battery charges against Gallagher following the video evidence.
