‘Amazing’ Sheza Alibi delivers special win in Doncaster as King rules Derby

Sheza Alibi won the $4 million Doncaster Mile on day one of the Championships at Randwick, delivering a four and a quarter-length victory. The $10,000 filly’s triumph marked the first win for a female horse since 1999. Rachel King also made history by becoming the first female jockey to win the $2 million Australian Derby.
