Filmmaker recovers missing Oscar after TSA forced it into checked luggage
Filmmaker Pasha Talankin recovered his Oscar Wednesday after the award went missing at Frankfurt airport following a TSA dispute at JFK. Lufthansa located the 8.5-pound Best Documentary Feature statuette that agents forced him to check, citing security concerns.
