Alex Johnston scored a spectacular 90-meter try as the Rabbitohs honored Nathan Merritt, who revealed his terminal cancer diagnosis this week. Merritt, 42, rang the Legacy Bell before the match, attended by family and friends, marking an emotional tribute amid cheers from the 49,813 strong crowd. The Rabbitohs won the match 32-24 against the Bulldogs.
