Feral animals, biosecurity and careers on agenda for young Aboriginal rangers

Over 200 Aboriginal rangers gathered for the first South Australian Aboriginal Land and Sea Ranger Conference in Hahndorf last month. The event, organized by the Alinytjara Wiluṟara Landscape Board and Ngarrindjeri Aboriginal Corporation, aimed to address issues such as feral animals and career development. The conference showcased the growing importance of Indigenous ranger groups in environmental protection.
