Queensland police search Gold Coast apartment of former premier's partner
Queensland police searched the Gold Coast apartment of prominent surgeon Dr Vahid Reza Adib, partner of former premier Annastacia Palaszczuk, on Thursday as part of an ongoing investigation. Officers removed items from the beachfront Burleigh Heads unit but have not disclosed the investigation's nature or laid charges. Police stressed Palaszczuk is not believed to be involved.
