Former Queensland premier Annastacia Palaszczuk’s surgeon partner charged with rape
Brisbane surgeon Vahid Reza Adib, partner of former Queensland premier Annastacia Palaszczuk, was charged Friday with three counts of rape, two counts of deprivation of liberty and one count of sexual assault. The bariatric surgeon voluntarily attended Southport Police Station and was granted bail. Police searched his Burleigh Heads apartment Thursday as part of the investigation.
