‘Can’t park there, mate’: The seal that brought Dromana to a standstill

A seal named Sammy blocked the outbound lane of Point Nepean Road near Dromana for four hours on Friday. The Department of Transport reported delays of up to seven minutes as officers cordoned off the area awaiting the Marine Response Unit's assistance. Sammy has been a frequent visitor to the southern peninsula beaches for the past month.
