Magistrate’s son accused of rape, child sexual abuse to face trial
Cooper Mitchell Bamberry, son of a Queensland magistrate, faces trial for over 120 charges, including five counts of rape. Bamberry, 22, was charged after police seized electronic devices during a raid on his property last year. Deputy Chief Magistrate Stephen Courtney has remanded him in custody awaiting a trial date in the District Court.
