The former owners of the Espy are attempting to sell the historic Fitzroy pub for $6-7 million, having previously purchased it for $4.84 million in 2012. The five-level venue, now vacant, features a 3am liquor license for 478 patrons. It is set to be auctioned on May 28 by Stonebridge Property Group.
