Lance Collard of St Kilda has been found guilty by the AFL of using a homophobic slur during a VFL match on March 27. The AFL's independent disciplinary tribunal upheld the charge under Rule 2.3(a) (Conduct Unbecoming). A sanction hearing will be scheduled to determine the consequences for Collard.
