Melbourne real estate agency fined $600,000 for underquoting properties
Melbourne real estate agency Ray White Oakleigh was fined $600,000 for underquoting nine properties during 2022 and 2023. The federal court found the agency advertised prices over 30 percent below market value, misleading buyers and earning over $200,000 in commissions.
