Salah Sarsour, president of Wisconsin’s largest mosque, was detained by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Monday in Milwaukee. His attorneys claim he was targeted for opposing Israeli policies and allege he is unjustly labeled a foreign policy threat. Sarsour, a Palestinian-born green card holder, has no criminal record in the US and is being held outside Indianapolis.
