The plan to revive Sydney’s most divisive office block

Wentworth Group plans to refurbish North Sydney's MLC Building into A-grade office space after acquiring it for over $100 million in February. The building, vacant since 2022, will contribute to the revival of the CBD alongside the new Victoria Cross metro station, according to North Sydney Mayor Zoe Baker.
