Police search for gunman after farmer Richard Wills found shot dead
Richard Wills, a 65-year-old farmer, was found shot dead on his Ouyen property on April 7. His daughter Kayla Phillips revealed on Facebook that the family is enduring yet another tragedy, having lost her sister a decade ago. Police continue to search for the gunman as the investigation remains ongoing.
