Artemis II blasts ever closer to the far side of the Moon

Artemis II's four astronauts successfully left Earth's orbit on November 10 after a flawless five-minute engine burn. Canadian astronaut Jeremy Hansen stated, 'Humanity has once again shown what we are capable of.' The mission will take the crew farther from Earth than anyone has been before, aiming to surpass Apollo 13's distance record.
