Tony Aspden, 65, found dead in South Australian floodwaters after search

Tony Aspden, 65, was found dead in floodwaters in the South Australian outback after going missing on Saturday. He slipped from a causeway while picking up medical supplies near Innamincka, over 1000km northeast of Adelaide. Emergency services conducted a three-day search before locating him on Monday morning, with no suspicious circumstances reported.
