ACMA imposes licence conditions on ARN Media's KIIS FM

The Australian Communications and Media Authority imposed conditions on ARN Media's radio licence for KIIS FM due to breaches by The Kyle & Jackie O Show. ARN must ensure compliance with decency provisions for the next five years. Host Kyle Sandilands, suspended for misconduct, has until tomorrow to secure co-host Jackie Henderson's return to the show.
