Widow of supermarket tycoon sells Sydney home for about $10.3 million

Angela Fleming, widow of supermarket tycoon Jim Fleming, has sold her Bellevue Hill home for approximately $10.3 million. The sale, completed on March 24, follows Fleming's acquisition of the property for $6.5 million in 2015. Bellevue Hill is Australia's priciest suburb, with a median house price hovering around $9.45 million.
