Arne Olsen, screenwriter of 'Cop and a Half' and 'Mighty Morphin Power Rangers,' died from cancer complications on Saturday at age 64 in Vancouver, B.C. His career spanned several genres, with notable works including 'All Dogs Go to Heaven 2' and the critically acclaimed 'Here's To Life!' Olsen was also a dedicated mentor to aspiring screenwriters.
