Brazilian cricketer Laura Cardoso took nine wickets for just four runs in a T20 international match against Lesotho, setting a new record on April 6. Cardoso, 21, achieved the best bowling figures in any international T20 match, surpassing the previous record held by Sonam Yeshey of Bhutan. Brazil won the match by 189.
