Man shot in chest after police stand-off in Goodwood, Hobart

A man was shot in the chest by police during a stand-off in Goodwood, Hobart, early on Sunday morning. Officers responded to a call for help around 4.30am, and the situation escalated when the man allegedly threatened them just before 6am. He is in serious but stable condition after being transported to the hospital.
