Paramedic cautioned after waiting for Maccas before leaving for job
Queensland paramedic Luke William Hastings received a caution after delaying emergency responses to wait for McDonald's food and coffee in May 2023. The tribunal found he also delayed departing for potentially life-threatening calls by up to 15 minutes and failed to notify dispatch after completing.
