Pilot dead in helicopter crash on outback Queensland property
A pilot died after a Robinson R22 helicopter crashed at Pretty Plains Station in Queensland at about 9:30am on Monday. The 42-year-old man suffered critical injuries and was declared dead shortly after. Aviation investigators from the Australian Transport Safety Bureau are set to conduct a detailed examination of the crash.
