Compulsory safety training ramps up online to tackle childcare abuse crisis
Two-thirds of childcare workers have completed mandatory safety training as the government responds to a childcare abuse crisis. Over 180,000 of approximately 270,000 workers finished the online course within two months, which is part of a $226 million package. Education Minister Jason Clare emphasized the training reflects educators' commitment to child safety.
