Judge dismisses Trump's Wall Street Journal defamation lawsuit over Epstein story
A judge dismissed Donald Trump's $10 billion defamation lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal on Monday. The lawsuit, related to a 2003 birthday note for Jeffrey Epstein, failed to meet the standard for proving actual malice, according to Judge Darrin Gayles.
