Police seek e-bike rider who fled after crashing into ute

Police in Warrnambool, Victoria are searching for an e-bike rider who crashed into a ute at 5.45pm on March 23 and fled the scene. The rider, described as Caucasian and approximately 160cm tall, ignored a give way sign moments before the collision. Authorities have released dashcam footage and are urging witnesses to come forward.
