Blake Lively's Sexual Harassment Suit Against Justin Baldoni Dismissed

A judge dismissed Blake Lively's sexual harassment lawsuit against Justin Baldoni on Thursday, ruling that California law did not apply to incidents that occurred in New Jersey. The judge also rejected her defamation claim but allowed her retaliation allegations to proceed. A trial for the retaliation claims is set for May 18th.
